Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunity at a five-star rated Assisted Living Facility in Queens, NY. Position Details:
- Location: Queens, NY
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: $100,000 annually
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Active NY State RN license
- Minimum 6 months of clinical nursing experience
- Skilled in care planning and clinical documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home care assessments and reassessments using tools such as OASIS
- Develop and implement individualized Plans of Care in collaboration with the physician and supervisor
- Deliver skilled nursing services including specialized treatments and preventive procedures
- Monitor patient conditions and update treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on health needs and care procedures
- Supervise and document performance of home health aides
- Ensure compliance with infection control, confidentiality, and facility protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to facility policy
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support client rights
